My husband and I use this for low back and knee pain and it is very effective. I like to apply it at bedtime because the warmth is soothing and I can sleep throughout the night without feeling pain.

This hot freeze salve works great on muscle pain, aches and soreness. The salve is easy to apply and feels cool in the beginning and begins to warm up on skin giving a sense of relief and soothing any pain or soreness. The times I have applied it were after a long day of work, stressful days or a little under the weather. It can make your body feel a bit cold at application but I bundle up and quickly feel relief and calm. I highly recommend it if you are not sensitive to a warming sensation. It does have a pleasant smell as well.
