When I use this hot freeze on my shoulder or hip I roll it on and leave it over night . I wont have to apply it again for days ! Plus I dont eat IBUPROFEN OR TYLENOL during those relief days . definitely a win.!

This stick never me let’s me down. My shoulder is shit right now so I put this on all over before bed and it feels so good the next day.
