Hot freeze is the only thing that helps . It works so well I only apply it about once a week. It works continuously .

When I use this hot freeze on my shoulder or hip I roll it on and leave it over night . I wont have to apply it again for days ! Plus I dont eat IBUPROFEN OR TYLENOL during those relief days . definitely a win.!
