This hot freeze salve works great on muscle pain, aches and soreness. The salve is easy to apply and feels cool in the beginning and begins to warm up on skin giving a sense of relief and soothing any pain or soreness. The times I have applied it were after a long day of work, stressful days or a little under the weather. It can make your body feel a bit cold at application but I bundle up and quickly feel relief and calm. I highly recommend it if you are not sensitive to a warming sensation. It does have a pleasant smell as well.

This product is absolutely wonderful. My parents, my husband and I all keep it around the house. My parents use it for joint and back pains. My husband and I use it for sports related injuries. I pulled something in my shoulder during weight lifting last week. This ointment made the shoulder feel better after using it twice! Just remember to dry your skin completely before applying, or it might sting quite a bit especially around my neck area.

Inesscents hot freeze is my go-to slave for pre & post workouts and for daily aches and pains in my lower back. Using it pre-workout allows me to move and be active as needed. Post workout it greatly reduces pain caused by inflammation in my lower back, legs and shoulders. Before this Tiger Balm was my go to but the CBD in this kicks in and really relieves pain and stiffness. It is a good alternative to Tylenol for aches and pains.
