I love this spray. It provides a larger area of relief to areas in can’t reach rub in my CBD skin salve. Sometimes I have rubbed my CBD skin salve then use the spray on top for more longer lasting results. I have used this spray on my husband knee and shoulder. Don’t let the word 'hot' miss lead you. It feels cool when it is applied.
